Pilot systems are used in the development or testing of new products in a brewery, but are also ideal for small-scale produce on a home basis. All models in the category, from the basic manual model to the automated, are available in skid form for easy transport, and they operate on electricity at 5-25kW. Available in capacities of 50lt to 250lt per brew, they include a 2-container brewer, 2 fermentation tanks and all the necessary subsystems for testing.
