Corporate Social Responsibility is expressed through the attitude that every company maintains towards society.<\/h2>\n<\/div>

GR.INOX<\/strong><\/span> IS COMMITTED<\/strong> to the Corporate Social Responsibility Policy, in compliance with the Social Responsibility System Certification Scheme ELLADIKA MAS-ETHOS, which is COMMUNICATED to all its human resources. At the same time, the company respects the environment, human dignity, and the personal data of employees, and believes that everyone is entitled to be treated with dignity and respect.<\/p>\n

This policy applies to all personnel, executives, partners, and suppliers of the company and concerns all operations related to its field of activity:<\/p>\n

To fulfill its commitment, the company sets objectives, provides the necessary resources for achieving them, and cultivates a spirit of social and environmental awareness, so that all personnel promote actions that contribute to addressing social and environmental issues. Through the procedures it implements, continuous improvement and corrective actions are pursued, so that every possible effort is made regarding environmental and social responsibility.<\/p>\n

Employees are encouraged to address supervisors or Management for the most appropriate handling of any observed or suspected violation of the corporate policy or applicable legislation. It is the company\u2019s policy to prohibit retaliation or unfair treatment of employees who, in good faith, report such concerns, and everyone must cooperate during internal investigations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

  • Promote environmental practices to protect the local environment from negative impacts of production by pursuing:<\/li>
  • Reduction of generated waste and responsible management (recycling and reuse).<\/li>

    • Maintain zero tolerance for all forms of discrimination, violence, and harassment occurring during, linked to, or arising from work.<\/li>
    • Encourage employees to exercise their rights, assemble, participate in collective bargaining, and be represented without discrimination.<\/li>
