Tanks in this category are made from stainless steel (AISI304) with external processing (fioretattura or matte); they feature high efficiency cooling/heating jackets, safety equipment, product management accessories and instruments for the control of the production procedure. Tank dimensions are flexible to some extent to allow for adaptation into the space available, while all tanks are pre-fitted for operation with inert gas (nitrogen).
