GR.INOX horizontal rotating winemakers are modern specialised machines designed for the production of quality wines. They are ideal for pre-fermentation winemaking processes, such as cryo-extraction, special techniques such as “Maceration Carbonique” and winemaking of rose and all red varieties. The way that MODEL ARIS operates assures a deeper extraction of colours and aromatic components from the fruit in a shorter time.
The MODEL ARIS winemaker is made of stainless steel (AISI304) and is equipped with axial feed and automatic discharge. Cooling and maintenance of tank temperature is achieved with jackets on the cylindrical part, while operating pressure is atmospheric. It features a PLC-supported winemaking program, which offers the choice of defining rotations and periods of operation and standby. The winemaking program is user-friendly, with many different options per product.
