Fermentation Settling Tank

Tank for fermentation and settling of white wine in large quantities, with a slanting bottom of up to 3% and mounted in a concrete base. Cooling and maintenance of tank temperature is achieved with jackets on the cylindrical part, while operating pressure is atmospheric. The tank is equipped with a partial and total discharge valve, side and top inspection ports, locking and level gauges.
