Wine stabilisation tank with a 15 degree conical bottom, housed on feet. Insulation of the tank is achieved with very low thermal conductivity materials which cover most of the cylindrical part of the tank. Basic equipment includes total and partial discharge, top and side inspection ports, locking and a level gauge. The product is stirred by connecting an external pump to total discharge and internal re-circulation, thus ensuring homogenous dispersion of the cooling and preventing the creation of ice.
