The most popular product in red winemaking. The winemaker has a slanting bottom of up to 25% for easy discharge, and is mounted on feet. Cooling and maintenance of tank temperature is achieved with jackets on the cylindrical part, while operating pressure is atmospheric. The winemaker features a re-circulation system for the moistening of the “cap” with a special pump for a smooth supply so that the product is not fatigued. It is also equipped with partial and total discharge, a moistener, side and top inspection ports, a system for the discharge of marc, locking and a level gauge.
