Tank for the fermentation of marc with a reclining bottom of up to 25% for easy discharge, and housed on feet. Cooling and maintenance of tank temperature is achieved with jackets on the cylindrical part, while operating pressure is atmospheric. The tank has a re-circulation system for the moistening of the marc via an external pump. It is also equipped with a total and partial discharge valve, a moistener, side and top inspection ports, a marc discharge port, locking and a level gauge.
