MODEL ST is a development of the winemaker MODEL AT as far as automated discharge is concerned. The bottom is conical at a 45 degree angle and the automated discharge system with a blade achieves more effective discharge of the skins with a smaller motor, thus contributing to energy saving and reduction of the cost of production. The other features are the same as the MODEL AT winemaker.
