Marc fermentation tank

Tank for the fermentation of large quantities of marc with a reclining bottom of up to 3%, and housed in concrete. Cooling and maintenance of tank temperature is achieved with jackets on the cylindrical part, while operating pressure is atmospheric. The tank is also equipped with a total and partial discharge valve, a re-circulation port with a moistener, side and top inspection ports, a marc discharge port, locking and a level gauge.
