Yoghurt production tank

A tank for producing yoghurt with a 15 degree conical bottom and housed on feet. Insulation of the tank is achieved with very low thermal conductivity materials and it is covered with a fully-welded external shell, while to achieve the very low temperatures necessary for stabilisation, high-efficiency cooling jackets are applied. Basic equipment includes total discharge, a roof inspection port and a CIP device. The product is stirred by use of a variable speed roof stirrer with multiple blades, thus ensuring homogenisation and preventing mechanical stress.
