Tank for mixing olive and vegetable oils

The MODEL ZMM mixing tank has a conical bottom of up to 15 degrees and is housed on feet. Cooling/heating and tank temperature maintenance is performed via jackets on the cylindrical part, while operating pressure is atmospheric. To mix the oil, the tank has a decentred roof stirrer. It is also equipped with a partial and total discharge valve, a top and side inspection port, locking and a level gauge.
