Open-type fermentation tanks (opening top)
Open-type tanks, in accordance with the standards of traditional brewing, exclusively for the production of beer types where the use of a specific type of yeast is required and special fermentation conditions. Equipped with temperature control systems, a CIP device and a hydraulically opening top, and available in capacities of 5hl to 50hl. Larger models can be designed upon request.
