Seven different winemakers can cover all needs of modern winemaking and the production of quality products with intense pigment and aroma qualities. There are also models for special red winemaking techniques such as pigeage, maceration carbonique, metodo Ganimede. Special attention has been given to the quick and functional removal of residues such as marc, which is usually done mechanically.
Tanks in this category are made from stainless steel (AISI304) with external processing (fioretattura); they feature high efficiency cooling jackets, safety equipment, product management accessories and instruments for the control of the production procedure. All tanks are pre-fitted for operation with inert gas (nitrogen), while certain models are equipped with automation systems.
Product dimensions range to cover small and large production capacities, and they are also flexible to some extent to allow for adaptation into the space available.
