  • Scope & Purpose
    The purpose of this Quality Manual is to describe the Quality Management System (QMS) of GR.INOX, and the actions taken by the company to ensure that its products and services meet customer requirements.
    It also aims to demonstrate the company’s compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
  • Quality Policy
    GR.INOX commits to implementing and continually improving an effective Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001:2015, ensuring that its products and services consistently meet customer expectations and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
    The company establishes objective, measurable, verifiable and understandable quality targets, communicates them across the organization, and continuously reviews performance to achieve them.
    Management ensures the availability of the necessary resources, infrastructure, and organizational structure for the effective operation of the QMS and periodically reviews the system for suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness.
  •  Customer Focus
    GR.INOX ensures that customer requirements are clearly identified and fully satisfied, aiming to build long-term relationships with satisfied clients.
    Procedures for offer submission, order handling, customer satisfaction monitoring and complaint management are established and implemented.
  • Roles & Responsibilities
    The General Manager is responsible for ensuring that responsibilities and authorities are defined and communicated.
    The Quality Manager ensures implementation and maintenance of the QMS, promotes awareness of customer requirements and represents the company on quality matters.
  •  Internal Audits
    Internal audits are conducted to verify compliance with the Quality Policy, ISO 9001:2015 requirements, and the documented QMS.
    Corrective actions are taken to eliminate non-conformities and improve system effectiveness.
  • Management Review
    Top Management periodically reviews the QMS to ensure ongoing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and confirm alignment with the company’s Quality Policy and objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement
    GR.INOX seeks continual improvement of its performance, productivity, and product quality through defined objectives, audit results, data analysis and management review.
