For the production of sparkling wines, GR.INOX offers autoclave high-pressure tanks for application of the cuvé close or charmat method, or simply for the addition of carbon dioxide ( CO2) during fermentation of the wine.
Basic features of tanks in this category include high-efficiency cooling jackets, external heat insulation and pressure control systems.
The construction material is stainless steel (AISI304) with external processing (fioretattura), satiné or matte. Basic equipment includes safety equipment, parts for product management and instruments for the control of the production procedure.
